Im a 18 year old male.Im 6,1.5ft and 243lb.I work out jug,swim,and lift weights.I have baby fat with muscles.The baby fat is the reason why my muscles arent difined so i look like a power lifter or wresler but for sure not a bodybuilder.Shold i gain muscles and weight over the fat,shold i stay the same weight and build muscles over the fat,or shold I lose my fat and weight?Im not realycompeting i wana just look like a bodybuilder.What to do

you need to get your body fat check to see where you need to start working on your diet. at 18 your body fat shouldn't be much higher than 13%. now to look like a bodybuilder you need to get down to single digit body fat and that comes from eating a clean , balanced diet of mainly whole foods, counting cals and doing plenty of high intensity exercise.

The answer depends upon the level of bodyfat you currently hold.

To gain muscle you should consume excess calories via clean foods. Fat gain in envitable, so before you make the move you need to ensure that a bit more fat won't be problematic.
