There probably should be but people would probably think it was gross and wouldn't buy it.

You heard that from an add didn't you ;)
I wondered the same thing, but maybe because they don't have the equipment to kill the mice, skin them and so on.
I think it would be crule but on the other hand it would decrease the population of the mice, but then again they would probably use domesticated mice to do it if they were going to.
It's a complicated question that has no answer.

that is a really good question, i guess becasue maybe all cats dont really like mouse flavor? maybe it would take to much effort to put mouse flvor in cat food, or maybe becasue their are usualy mice around for cats to eat anyway, hmm well maybe someday they will, i guess they dont becasue i dont think the marketing aspect would be very good

Because some mice may be dirty and affected, cats need healthy nutrition daily. Mice flavoured cat food is set and ready for the future, maybe.

Because pet food is sold and marketed to human beings, not pets.

They ought to make "butt-flavor" cat food too, and "roadkill" and "day old garbage" for dogs.

Because cats don't buy their own food. Their owners do, so the manufacturer makes products that sound appealing to them.

Cats don't like to eat mice. They play with them, then when they are dead, they are no fun so they leave them. Feral cats eat them because they are easy targets.
