it depends on the context . "THE EXACT TRANSLATION WOULD BE THAT DUDE", but this could change.

If your mad it means: that stupid asshole
If the person made something funny: it's like yeahh that dude, but like he is funny.
If your refering to someone is: That dude over there, or that dude we met last sunday, etc.

and ehh wey, could mean different things too.

it's like when ur talking to someone who is far, would be like, hey dude!!

or u can also use it when u make an statement like, ehhh wey, you see i'm right and ur not, eh wey it's like i told you, ehh wey this is a letter that has to go tomorrow, etc.

As you can see u can use "ese wey" or "eh wey" in a lot of different meanings and it turns offensive depending the way u use it, actually people use it a lot lately so is not that rude anymore, but as i told you u have to look for the context. AND BY THE WAY NEVER USE IT IN A SERIOUS CONVERSATION OR CONTEXT

This is Mexican Slang, and ese is THAT, and wey, is actually buey meaning bull without testicles, but not that many people know this word's true meaning and think they're just calling each other "dude", funny aint it? So this is basically "that bull without testicles"

"Ese wey" sounds like a Spanish-speaking person trying to say, "this way."

"Eh wey" = Away
