Make a taco meal where everyone makes their own tacos. Cheese separate, tomato salsa separate, chopped olives separate, etc. Each person assembles their own taco. It's super easy. Serve with rice or rice and beans, a nice tossed salad and an extra gooey yummy dessert.

Hie D. Well to me it is better for you to cook something nice or try to go any store to grab a book of italian cooking and then you can start a cooking like meat for example like chicken or any other things, but to me it is better for you to try some malaysian cooking which is not spicy and with less oil and steam that will surely work for you to start a beautifull meal and for sure they will enjoy it for fun. Try this and hopr it might help you...........................
ALL THE BEST....................................

Make chicken and pasta with an alfredo sauce or you can make chicken and steak kabobs. Does your special lady like red sauces because I bought this salsa and you can make garlic chicken pasta and it is sooooooo good!!!

OK, that means four complete meals, sounds like it is going to get rather expensive.
I tried to post four different main courses and several side dishes, but apparently it was too much and none of it showed in the entry. So I will try two of each.
Chicken in the Heather
“Doc” Hudson
Ingredients:
One whole chicken, minus giblets (Use 1 Cornish Game hen per person)
3 fluid ounces (6 TBS) light cooking oil
4 fluid ounces (half cup) clear heather honey
Salt and pepper (freshly ground black pepper if you have it)
3 ounces (6 TBS) Grainy mustard
Half teaspoon curry powder
One clove chopped garlic
Method:
Place the chicken in an oven-proof casserole dish. Mix all the other ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Cover the dish and cook in a pre-heated oven at 375*F (190* C or Gas Mark 4 for folks on the metric system, and Britons) for an hour. Baste the chicken thoroughly with the juices and sauce and return to the oven for another half hour uncovered. The chicken will brown as a result. Serve with boiled or creamed/mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables, or on a bed of rice.
(This has become one of my favorite chicken recipes. I cooked it on TV, and we served it at a Board of Trustees Dinner to rave reviews. Editor)
Steak Balmoral
Ingredients:
4 Aberdeen Angus steaks. If you are only cooking for two, halve the quantities below for the sauce.
4 tablespoons Scotch whisky
10 oz. Heavy cream
5 oz. beef stock
4 oz sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon coarse grain mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 oz butter
Method:
Pan fry the steaks and keep warm.
Add the whisky to the pan and carefully set it alight. Add the cream, stock and mushrooms and bring to a boil. Simmer gently until the sauce has reduced by half, stirring from time to time.
Side dishes:
Garlic Cheese Biscuits
2 cups Bisquick
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2/3-cup milk
¼ cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine baking mix and 3/8 teaspoon garlic powder; mix in the cheese. Add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Roll or pat dough on a lightly floured surface to ½” thickness; cut with a 1& ½ inch cutter. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Combine melted butter and remaining garlic powder; brush on tops of biscuits and bake 10 minutes or until golden. Yields 1 dozen.
Larry and Marcia Ivey-Hudson
(These biscuits are very close, if not the same, and the delightful Garlic Cheese Biscuits served at Red Lobster Seafood Restaurants. When I make these biscuits, I am rather generous with the garlic. I especially like to add minced garlic to the basting butter rather than garlic powder. Editor)
Broccoli Casserole
16 ounces of frozen chopped broccoli thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-cup mayonnaise
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until browned (about 30 – 45 minutes)
Marcia Ivey-Hudson
Desserts:
Chocolate Biscuits (these are simple)
Ingredients:
2 cups Self-Rising Flour, sifted
1 TBS Superfine Sugar
¼ cup Butter
1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
about 2/3-cup Milk
1. - Lightly grease a cookie sheet. Place the flour in a mixing bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces and rub into the flour with your fingertips until the biscuit
mixture resembles fine bread crumbs.
2. - Stir in the superfine sugar and chocolate chips.
3. - Mix in enough dough to form soft dough.
4. - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to form a rectangle 4x6 inches, about 1 inch thick. Cut the dough into 9 squares.
5. - Place the biscuits on the prepared cookie sheet, spacing them well apart.
6. - Brush with a little milk and bake in a preheated oven at 425* F. for 10-13 minutes, until the biscuits are risen and golden. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Cook’s Tip:
To be at their best, all biscuits should be
freshly baked and served warm. Split the
warm biscuits and spread them with a little
chocolate/hazelnut spread (aka Nutella) and/or
a spoon of whipped cream.
Variation: Use dark, milk or white
chocolate chips or a mixture of all three. Use a
2-inch cookie cutter to cut out round biscuits, if
preferred.
(Editor’s Note: I made these biscuits as part of a Valentine’s Day Dinner, and used a heart-shaped cookie cutter. They turned out quite well. Though the biscuits tasted best warm and freshly baked, the leftovers were stored in an airtight container and tasted very good with coffee the next day. LMH)
Tiramisu
5 extra large egg yokes
5 tablespoons sugar
1 & 2/3 cup mascarpone cheese, chilled
1 & ¾ cups heavy cream, chilled
¼ cup brewed strong coffee
¼ cup coffee liqueur
24 chocolate or plain ladyfingers
Raspberries, optional
Dutch-processed cocoa
In a bowl, using an electric mixer set on high, beat yokes and sugar 5-7 minutes. Add cheese and beat another 3-4 minutes. In another bowl with clean beaters, whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold cream into yolk mixture.
In a small bowl mix espresso and liqueur. Arrange ladyfingers in single layer over bottom of decorative bowl. Brush espresso mixture on both sides of ladyfingers. Continue until all is used. Cover; chill 6 hours to 2 days. Sift chocolate over top using a fine mesh sieve.
Larry and I just dearly love Italian food. We found this recipe when we were planning a party with an Italian theme. I also made some substitutions. I use just plain cream cheese instead of the mascarpone and Keebler Vienna Finger cookies instead of the ladyfingers. This gives it a little crunch to the final texture. The first time I fixed it one of our guests said it was better than the Tiramisu he had eaten when at Harrods in London.
Marcia Ivey-Hudson
I've cooked all of these recipes at one time or another, and some are old favorites with regular places on the home menu rotation.
