Muslims, do you think the world hates you?
Well, you're wrong. The deep hatred comes from within you. "Surah 48:29. "Kill the Mushrikun (unbelievers) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in each and every ambush..." Sura 9:5. Also see Sura 9:29
Do you think the world is lying?
Well, you're wrong again. For you have been deceived. "Ishaq:166 “‘You have recited to the people that which I did not bring to you from Allah, and you have said that which He did not say to you.' The Messenger (Muhammad) was grieved and feared Allah greatly. Bukhari, Vol 2, No. 167 "The sun eclipsed and the prophet jumped up terrified that it might be the Hour (of Judgement)"
Muslims do you think allah can be trusted? Wrong again...

Interfaith Ministry means that it includes several different faiths. Usually these are ministries that help out the community where everyone is benefitting. The religious doctrine is not important. Instead, it is helping out everyone around that is the important part. I can be Muslims, Hindus, Christians, Jews, and so on. It isn't so much about trying to spread the word of one religion or another. It is joining together with other people of other faiths and putting differences aside for just a moment for the greater good of the community. For example, I know interfaith missions that work with at-risk children. There are people of all faiths that volunteer and help out with the kids. The lives of the children are bettered by this. It isn't about just Christianity. It's about working together to get things done that need to be done. Think about Hurricane relief efforts. Many people of many faiths helped out together. That is interfaith. It's also awesome to be a part of something that life-changing.

"Is that a bunch of liberal christians that distort the word of God?"
Well ... it can be, I suppose, and I also suppose you may already have made up your mind that it is.
But I do know that an interfaith ministry existed, and may still exist, as a part of the Southern Baptist's North American Mission Board. Called "interfaith evangelism", its basic purpose was to gather what it considered solid information about all religions practiced in the US so that SBs could witness to just about everybody.
That's one interpretation. Another I know of is quite different. There is a food bank in a city near me that is jointly administered by several local churches, among them mainstream Protestant denominations, non-denominational Bible churches, something called a Christian "center" (evangelical, I think), a Pentecostal church, and a Catholic parish. It's referred to as an interfaith ministry by those who volunteer there.
Obviously, interfaith ministry can mean many things.

It is not possible to have ' interfaith'.
Each faith is following its own traditions, and most ignore some or all of pertinent scriptures.
So to 'follow' an interfaith' would be like having one car with handbooks for ALL cars and obeying every single instruction from every single book.
