What you have written there is a can of worms that could do more harm than good.
The bible states that we should show compassion, but it also states that if another is openly disobeying Gods word, then we are a partaker of the very same sin if we say nothing and allow another believer to continue to sin in this way.
We cannot stop another from sinning openly and unrepentantly, but we are told biblically to confront this person.
Compassionatally, of course, but not ignorantly allowing it to be done and saying nothing, so as to not "hurt" his feelings.

Yeah, I have and I try not to but it is hard. I don't really judge the people like you mentioned. I figure they just need a little help. I'm bad at judging people in the church that use scripture in a way I can't see Jesus using it. I don't believe a lot of the things they do so it is hard.

You would have a real issue with the Apostle Paul:
1 Corinthians 6:1 ¶ Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? 2 Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
(So, we are supposed to exercise judgement as Christians)
3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
(Judge angels?? Those are some pretty powerful beings!)
4 If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
5 I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren? 6 But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers. 7 Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded? 8 Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.
(Now, Paul is going to tell us who to judge:)
9 ¶ Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers,
Yes, you would have a real problem with Paul.

There is nothing wrong with making judgments about people. We are commanded to judge righteously (John 7:24)
We are just not supposed to judge by appearances. Example - condemning people to hell because we dont know their heart or what will happen in the future. stuff like that.
I also think we need to remember we are supposed to be forgiving despite any judgment.

I judge people on merit, character and actions. I judge whether or not I want anything to do with that person. What they do with thier lives is none of my business as long as they are not hurting others.
