Is there a chance that at some point the relationship will not be long distance? As with any relationship, it takes trust and maturity. The reason for the distance is very important. Is your "other" in the military or on a job assignment that can't be helped at the moment? Or is it just a cross country internet attraction? There are many questions that only you can answer in order to make the appropriate decision. Good luck!

No not at all. It just depends on the people in the relationship. If you can make it work and the two have trust in eachother then great! If not, then there is no point in trying to make it work because you will spend every minute of your day wondering and going crazy thinking of what they might be doing with who.
