Not necessarily, I twisted my ankle and it swelled up, turning black an blue and hurt. but on the safe side you should see a doctor, if it is broke you could infection in the bone.

sounds as if you have sustained a serious injury. if you dont mind gimping around around a bit longer, make an appointment with your doctor. however, an emergency room visit, is not out of the question. no one can make a proper assessment of your injury without an exray. so please, go see your doc, if your pain is unbearable, or you cannot put any weight onto that injured foot, my educated guess would be that it is broken.. remember this, ice for the first twenty four hours, then heat for 72 hrs, if pain persists, notify your doctor.

You could have a fracture. I suggest making an appointment with your doctor but if the pain gets way bad, intolerable, go to the emergency room.

Yes it could be broken or very badly sprained. Get to the doctor or the ER and get it x-rayed and treated. Take care of your feet, they are important.

Yes this is definetly more than a sprain, may just be fractured but still needs a cast

Go to A&E and get it looked at - if it is broken and you don't get it seen to, you could be causing yourself all kinds of unnecessary problems.

you know, if you are young, it's going to fix itself broken? your bones will fix themselves and without medical attention it could get worse. good luck with that.
