There is some misinformation below. Truth about soya milk is that nobody really knows for sure wether it is good for us or not but it has a very powerful lobby in the States. The soya products that provide such health benefits in Japan and other Eastern countries are all fermented: tempeh, tofu, miso etc. Soya milk is not fermented and has very high levels of oestrogen. If you replaced a babies milk with soya they would get the equivalent of six birth control pills per day - do you think that's a good idea.

soya milk is absoluteley safe unless and untill u have high cholestrol it has good amout of protien which helps in building muscles wen u start excercising,
It does no harm to the body if taken in limited amounts.
like if u take 1 ltr of pepsi in a day it will defintately harm u
same way if u take 1 ltr of soya milk in a day it will harm u.
so its safe to consume around 300-400ml of soya milk in a day.
but u shud excercisetoo becz it will easily absorbed in the body and help u in building muscles
