Enzyme-based sprays are good for concrete or other porous surfaces, as the liquid can absorb into the stain and eat away at it.
All pet stores and supermarkets carry enzyme-based sprays made for dog urine and pet stains The trick is to get to the urine ASAP and sop it up as much as you possibly can b4 you you spray & clean.
The REAL answer is to supervise puppies all the time. If your eyes are not on the pup, he's not being supervised. When you can't, crate him.

First clean the spot thoroughly with Clorox then rub vinegar there and around that will make him turn away from the area. You need to supervise him but when you can't watch him just make sure you put him in a large box like an empty TV carton. It is time you train him to step out for his pee.

There is a product called Urine-off that is magical. I worked for a vet for three years and when she bought her new house it had a room that the old owners had let their cats pee in and she said it stunk so bad; she used a whole bottle but it worked. I have had other friends that swear by the stuff. It's a little expensive but worth it, you can also use it on the furniture and in the wash.

After you mop the area, use a bit of vinegar to take off the smell. Vinegar smell acts as a deterrent for dogs.

I informed her you will see it is going to likely be long previous quickly. Yep, like the pup breath!!!!

Use vinegar they hate the smell of that and then you need to make sure if nobody can watch him then he needs to be in his crate or on a leash tied to you and that will make it all go alot faster!!
