its got a clear plastic on it so you can put a sheet of paper in there kinda like the cover sheet......i have been searching web sites and driving to stores looking for this...i can only find this in white!!!!! or the larger size binders...but i need the smaller one! HELP thanks in advance

been to walmart. office supply stores etc even ebay....the most common size is 8 1/2 x 11 im looking for 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 with plastic view cover (insert sheet cover)

They will find you your product (quite easily [you're looking for a black clear-vu vinyl 3-ring binder. What size?]), and send it to you in a couple of business days with free shipping. Try ebay. Type in different search words lke binder, porfolios, etc. If you don't hit the exact right item, the same seller might have a store with the item you want.
