Just be brave and go for it.... well, just ask her out but meet the parents. Believe me, it is best if you make good impressions with the parents and make sure that they trust you with their daughter. If they feel like they can't trust you, then it will not be a happy ending for you. Also, do not piss them off, and do not keep the relationship a secret from them... because when they eventually do find out.. you will probably be in a lot of trouble. Strict parents are just trying to protect their kid and are a lot nicer if you tell them things in the begining and not try to hide stuff from them.

Well honestly my parents are REALLY strict and I know that some of the guys that like me don't ask me out cause of my parents not wanting me to date, and I have been thinking this over for a long time and if a guy were to ask me out I think I would want him to talk to my mom (not dad he is MAJOR STRICT) and then ask me out.

If she's under 15, then her parents aren't strict...they're smart. If you want her to disrespect her parents then you have her go behind their back.
If you want to do it the right way, you introduce yourself to her parents and let them get to know you. Have her invite you over and spend time in front of them and DON'T be sneaky!!
If you are sneaky about it not only will you be hurting her relationship with her parents but, they will surely not like you.

You have to ask the parents first by getting their permission to take their daughter out. Tell them how nice of a person you are and tell them you will bring your daughther home in a respectable hour.

I'm a girl with VERY strict parents... trust me.... I want to get away from them as much as you do!!!!
My Advice: Just don't care if you're just asking to be her boyfriend, and if you're asking for a date, chances are she'll be wanting to sneak out to do it!!!

Ask her dad, tell him you really like his daughter and would like to take her out on a date. When you ask a girl OUT, your asking her OUT. Not to be your girlfriend. So when you ask her out and she says yes, that doesn't mean shes your girlfriend. Be very nice, sweet and kind to her parents. If she is not aloud to have a boyfriend but you really like her tell her you'll wait. That makes girls go crazy when you say that to them.

Talk to her about it before you go to her parents, but make sure she doesnt tell her parents before you get there. If she says yes, then go ask her parents like you hadn't talked to her yet. Make sure you get on her dad's good side!!
