I like to know if any one know of this or is it a put on that I Win a lot doud from them and that my E- Mail Address was attached to the Winning Ticket . This E-Mail was from British Lottery in United Kingdom.

it is spam I get about 5 of those a day.

It's a hoax.

Snopes even has an article about it.

Basically, any time you get an e-mail about winning a lottery you don't even remember entering, it's a scam.

I have gotten millions of them. And I have sent them to NY1.com but with no responds. Ignore them that is a scam.
It could also be terrorist trying to get your information to come in the country.

yeah if u didnt purchase the ticket i am sure it is a spam email.
