how do you file a pettition with the cirtcut court judge in missouri?

we purchased a boat and trailer and the trailer doesn't have a title we want to get one and need to file a pettition with the circut court judge how do we do that with out paying for a lawer only honest answers please

File the petition at the clerk of court so that it will be acted upon by the judge. However, if a lawyer is required to assist you, you have no choice because it is an order of the court.
