Are you getting fuel to cylinders?Need more info.It could be any number of things .Try to get a code reader and see if there are any trouble codes.

First and foremost, state proper English as this question is horrible. Does it start at all? You say both here. "It doesn't start at all" and "the engine runs". Which is it? If you are asking for a cranks but won't start say that. If you are asking it cranks too long but will eventually start say that. You have to check for four things for these motors to crank, start, and run. The first thing to do is to check for any codes stored by the PCM and for the fact that the PCM is healthy and reading valid data. Next check for a strong and consistent spark output to ALL cylinders. If you don't have both a strong and consistent spark on all cylinders, you have either a problem in the secondary ignition or the primary side of the ignition. Since you say you've changed the plugs and wires, a quick check of the ignition is all you'll need here. Make sure though as there are still quite a few components here that cause problems. I will assume a healthy enough motor to run as usually when a motor starts to bag, it burns oil, runs real rough, backfires, or some type of problem before it won't start. The next thing to do is check for fuel delivery. Again your question does not state what type of motor or fuel injection system you have. Either way, you will have to find out if you first have fuel pressure and flow. Could be a plugged fuel filter. Somewhere split the fuel inlet line to the motor and turn the ignition on to see if gas comes out. Be careful as some of these motors use high pressure fuel and it will spray. If you have fuel delivery and no injector pulses, you might have a fuse burnt out or a PCM not grounding the injectors. If you have no fuel delivery, you most likely have a bad fuel pump or the circuit that controls it and will have to diagnose it. Good luck.

to get any motor to run you need three things, spark, fuel, compression. You changed the plugs and wires. are you getting spark? pull off one of the plug wires and attach an old plug, ground it and crank over the motor and look for spark. Will the motor run if you spray starting fluid in the air cleaner housing? with a plug out, insert a finger in the plug hole and cranking the motor over, the compression should blow your finger off. Your motor will fail in one of these three simple cheap tests and will point you nin the right direction. e-mail your results back and somebody will point you to the next step
good luck hope this helps
