Most states won't pay up unless you were fired. But if your quitting was due to working in an area that had a bad effect on your physical health,then the Unemployment might take that into consideration. Check with your State Dept. of Labor.

No. They will not even consider it! Your claim will automatically be denied. I suggest you line up interviews all week, take your vacation you have accumulated and try to land a new gig before quitting.

Only under the most unusual circumstances.
For example, your employer wanted you to do something illegal, or operate a piece of machinery which you were not trained to do.
Each case would be judged on its own individual merits.

Better line up the new job, before you quit the old one.
