The only way an airsoft gun is gonna kill anything is by whacking the squirrel multiple times in the head with it, and even then you'll more likely break the airsoft gun before you give the squirrel much more than a headache.
I'd suggest you seek the advice of a psychologist on way you have deviant thoughts on shooting things rather than worrying on how to kill little squirrels.

An airsoft gun will not kill anything larger than a spider, period. The plastic bbs simply do not have enough mass to be lethal at any velocity. A 500+ .177 hollow point lead pellet would be the absolute minimum for squirrel. A .22 air rifle would be the best choice for a non-firearm.

no matter what velocity of air soft pellet you use, you not going to do sufficient damage. you might just make the squirrel mad. .22 short is your best bet. long rifles are loud and magnums are even louder. i cant believe that you would consider shooting it with anything that small. if you have pest problem, small traps are easy to set and work like a charm.

You would need point blank range. Try the Gamo or Beeman .177 cal pellet gun with 1000 fps velocity

700fps is the lowest I would attempt to recon squirrel encampments with.Optimally about 1100fps is what would be a better choice.Most any $30.00BB/pellet gun at your local K-Mart are around this power range.Remember to yell "Look he's coming straight for us !" BEFORE you pull the trigger.City hunting laws can be so stiff sometimes.

yup
a 350 fps headshot will too with a .20g bb
shoot right in the head, otherwise it will be only injured and will escape
