1983 Plymouth Reliant K with 65,000 miles for $1,500. Is this a good car ? Is this a good deal?

The 83 Reliant was not a bad vehicle, but the price seems a bit high for it. That year was a carburetor engine, rather than a fuel injected. The did have problems with the carbs!! They switched to fuel injection in in the middle of the 1985 production year!!

Are you sure that the mileage is correct? That year vehicle did not have the million mile odometer, so the mileage could easily be over 100,000. 65,000 is under 3000 miles per year!!

Have the car checked over by your own mechanic to see if the wear is consistent with the miles, and to be sure the car is in perfect shape.

It sounds like the low miles are a little too good to be true, really, think about it the car is 25 years old!

I promise ya you can find a better deal then that.I wouldnt buy it for too many reasons to list but mainly because....no they wernt very good cars.
