I just watched this movie. I found myself crying alot of the way through it! Every time scripture poured out of my TV, I was in tears. I think because most of the time when my TV is on, I hear stuff that isn't very Godly. I have learned something tonight about guarding my eyes and ears. It was a wonderful movie and I wondered if anyone else saw it?

I just picked it up at Blockbuster tonight; I rented it. I think God wanted to tell me something about what I've been watching on TV.

I saw it Esther! I cried through lots of it too. I also saw a mini documentary saying a lot of the people in the movie are from this small town. The church is really becoming a force in the motion picture arena. I pray for more great films like that one. I agree about guarding your eyes and ears. Everything stays in your brain forever. Why let junk in? God Bless.

Well that wasn't very Christian...yeah it probably doesn't mean anything considering people just answer for answering. I think that people shouln't say that kind of a thing, it doesn't matter if you believe in God or not. I don't care if ir you're Christian(I'm Roman Cotholic by the way), Jew, Muslim, Confuscious, or Sikh, all this means is that our form of a higer being is different. I guess whoever mande this comment was a pissed off person, but who knows. All I know is that it isn't my desire to see such look on any person because we all go through judgement ourselves. It isn't anybody's bussiness to pass judgement over someone else coz we are not God.

It was good, and made me cry. T.v. has a lot of bad on it, some good, but you have to fight out all the bad. That's why my dream is to have my own movie production so that I can create good godly movies, that Christians can enjoy without worrying whether or not there going to take God's name in vain.

Not yet. Sounds interesting. Agree with 1st poster. Your heart is the pathway to your soul. Protect God's investment within you (1 Cor 6:19 NIV). Stuff on TV is just a distraction and often times a temptation away from having a mind only of God (see my answer http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=A0WTc6j_Ym9GVZYAAw_ty6IX?qid=20070608164255AAZJP1J&show=7#profile-info-cdbnHfKXaa)
May He continue to pour out his annointing on you!

yes. i liked it a lot mostly because i thought it was based on a true story. when i looked it up on the web and found out it was just a fiction story, i was sad....
but yes it still has some good principles and is a very uplifting movie. when i saw it, everyone in the audience applauded and cheered at the end.

I haven't seen it. I avoid movies that make me cry.
Got teased too much by my brothers.
Power of One is also a good movie to watch

I sure hope it shows the coach being fired since he was preaching to his players at school.
Edit: Nevermind, I missed the Christian high school part.
