I wouldnt assume anything. This type of assuming is pre-judgemental, which is a sin in the eyes of God. God is judge, so lets leave it that way.
As far as seeing Hitler, I know this may sound a bit like a stretch but i would really give Hitler a second chance before i thought horrible things of him. I mean the lord gives us second shots everyday to get right what we did wrong. And God is perfect. So any sin, wether it be lying or killing tons of people is a sin in the eyes of God. Im sure Hitler deep down inside did not mean his intentions, if he was put on trial in front of the almighty awesome God.

Well, technically, not likely, but when we all reach the next spiritual evolution chances are if Hitlers soul has balanced it's Karma since his life-time as Hitler, then it's quite possible... But assuming I'm heading forward, not backwards, spiritually he would have to be at least as evolved as myself spiritually in order to manifest on the same spiritual plane as me.

If I see Hitler than I am definitely in the wrong place and I would want to go to the other...no matter where I end up first.

He was never one of my favorite person but I am a believer so when I die I plan on going to Heaven and if he happens to be there then I will know God has forgiven him for all he has done, God can forgive anyone.
