i was wondering, i jus got 3 misdemeanors today for shooting a 15 year old with an air soft bb gun.(im 18)what do u think the judge will do to me?

You could have shot his eye out. With three priors and this,

I donot know the standard procedure in the US since I believe you are from the USA, but mostly in some countries which is to say you are still minor, they put you on probation under your parents or under the custody of the gov't which in this case you will be in the a boy's town where they lock up misdemeanors under age just like yourself. Because of your age that is why you cannot be place with the normal jail environment.

If you are lucky you will get probation, if not you could go to jail. A BB gun can put out an eye. It was extremely foolish to shoot someone with a bb gun. If I were the judge I would give you two years probation and forbid you to own a gun.

It depends if the judge is feeling lenient. I am no lawyer but I do believe there's a chance you could go to jail. I doubt it and if you do not for very long. If it's your first offense you'll probably just get probation and some fines and community service. Jail is unlikely for an airsoft gun but one never can know.

Dont hold your breath just yet. If I were the DA, you'd be looking at more serious crimes. And the DA may do that. Based upon your record, you may be looking at jail time. Fortunately for you, I'm not prosecuting the case.
You shot a freaking fifteen year old kid. What the f*ck is wrong with you?

Shooting a child with a BB gun is pretty lame.
I'm guessing that (if you don't have any other convictions) you'll get probation and a fine.

Who knows. It all depends. Have you been in trouble before? Did you intentionally shoot this kid? Since they are misdemeanors, hopefully you will just get a fine and probation.

depends on the state you live in and the judge's mood at the time...in some states 3 misdermenors can be turned into one felony charge

my friend did it (but he was under 18) and was sent to juvie
if the 15 year old freaked or his parents did.. you could be seeing either community service.. or some short amount of time.

I'm into Airsoft and I have to say, you're a moron if you get caught doing it, you're a bigger moron if you get caught multiple times... People like you shouldn't be allowed to own airsoft. Was it during a scrim? Or were you being a dummy and randomly shooting people?
