My idiot friend downed two tin cans of jolt mints two spike shooters the energy drink 4 shots of espesso and 5 pieces of jolt gum. then he said his chest was on fire but felt really hyper. is this bad for him?

Yes, it is bad for him. Caffine is a stimulant that is designed to make a person more alert by increasing his or her heartrate. Too much of it can be a bad thing. Check your friend's pulse, if it is above 120 beats per minute, seek help immediately, and DO NOT let him drink, or take anymore!!!!!

It can also burn out your adrenal glands which help to regulate the body's fluids.
Nothing is good in excess, even water. Sounds like he either has a death wish or is a show off. Nice. Get him some help, would ya?

You can die from a caffeine overdose. It's 3-20 grams for a lethal dose in humans.

your friend is an idiot, that much of anything is bad. but i'm sure he knew this before he took a dive into heart attack central. nothing u can do except try to have a brain and not do the same.

um...duh!!!caffiene is supposed to make people more hyper,so why your friend went insane with the caffiene-loaded stuff,i don't know.i mean,there are people out there who aren't affected by caffiene,but everyone else should be a bit more careful.

Yep, too much caffeine is bad for you. It's a stimulant, and too much of any stimulant can be dangerous.

uhhh, yeaaaaa...caffiene is a DRUGGGGG. ppl get addicted to it. and yeah, ppl have to go to the hospital for caffiene overdose every now and then
