Yes. God wants us to pray for the desire and strength to pray. It seems illogical but prayer is something that is within the will of God. He knows when we don't feel like it, or fall asleep in the middle of the prayer. He still love you and wants you to grow spiritually. Just pray that he gives you the desire and He will provide the people to pray for. Keep a list of things to pray for and see just how many He answers. It is a real eye opener! Hope this helps.

i dont believe that there is a "wrong" way to pray. I heard once that if a person was to utter a single word "thanks" and it was from the heart and sincere...it was right.
As for praying for the strength to pray, i personally pray for the willingness....acceptance is the answer, willingness is the key.
Blessed Be

Yeah... you can, and you can chat with God about anything, because he knows all our contents even before we come out with it. He's cool :)
