His approval went down again to an all time low with the immigration bill. Hoover, I think, or was it Truman? Had the lowest in history. I think he has about 6 points to go to equal it.
No joke.

I'm conservative and not a hysterical Bush hater, but that's an interesting way to look at it. Maybe he's jealous and wants to play limbo with Nixon's approval rating as his bar. Somebody get out the lei's and steel drums.....
But he's still going to have a hard time 'beating' Rosie O'Donnell's approval rating. I think maybe this immigration reform bill that he concocted with Ted Kennedy just might do it though. Hey, I guess everyone needs goals, even the president.

Don't blame George for this one. He at least tried to do something but foolishly asked for help from the Democrats. I do not like the bill either but something is better than what we have now. Do you want another 20 million illegals ? I don't think so. 80 pages, what a mess, you can't blame George for that. I can do it all in two or less. Maybe the question should be , what is your plan? Do you have one or just putting down Bush? Peace :)

Bush is a lame duck, and he knows it. In all honesty, how can anyone think giving amnesty to illegal criminals is a good idea? It will only encourage another 20 million to sneak in. Bush and the idiot senators who are pushing the amnesty bill are only trying to help their buddies in big business. It's sad that they care more about illegal aliens than tax paying citizens. Bush will go down in history as the worst president of all time; too many fiascos to count: Iraq, amnesty, Harriet Miers, lack of stem cell research, Department of Justice, to name only a few.

It is a smokescreen to take off focus on the occupation of Afghanistan and Iraq; just like his recent declaration in Albania that he was going to free Kosavo.
The Immigrtion bill will not pass; it was not meant to pass.

Yes, he can be both the worst and the least popular president ever.
DAR, Hoover was less popular? Hoover was a victim of circumstance. Bush has earned his low rating.

W's new slogan should be "The Best at Being the Worst". I bet he can't even achieve that though...
