You can try miho ce cream and doing daily miho beauty pack mask with miho white essence. The beauty pack mask can be used daily or on alternate days or once a week. However if you want fast effect, you do it daily. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes before rinsing it off. Once you rinse off the mask you will see your face has whiten and moisturize. Let alone a week, the effect is fantastic.

I have uneven skin tone, but I don't care. It's what makes me, me. But there are beauty salons that offer bleaching treatments to even you out, whiten you, and help. Itches like a mofo though. I know that it's not healthy for the skin, and it fades away, unless you keep up with the treatments. Your uneven skin tone won't ever be completely solved. Like botox, it's temporary.

I too am Black. I have found the best product to use is olay definity products. I use it everyday. It works best if you use the whole line. I use to use concealers, and heavy make-up to hide my blotches, and dark spots. After 3 months of using olay, my skin is now MAKE-UP OPTIONAL.
Target and Wal-Mart have the best prices. It is expensive, but it's the only skin you're gonna get,
may as well take care of it.

I would recommend buying toner. Use it every night, it will even out your skin tone. Clinique has a great line with different levels for different skin types.
