Sometimes when you are thirsty it can feel exactly like hunger. Try it gradually... maybe not the whole 2 hours at first... start out with one hour space for a week or something, and if you feel hungry drink lots of water. In fact, drink lots of water in general (but of course, don't drink to the point of drowning yourself).

Eat some oat bran cereal right before bed, you can make it in the microwave, 1/4 or 1/3 cup oat bran + 1 cup water a little salt or sugar and a little milk. This only has about 100 calories or less and is very filling because oat bran has a huge amount of soluble fiber like 30% fiber.

Make sure your dinner is high in protein and fiber, this will keep you full longer on less calories. Also, try drinking some tea before bedtime. It can be calorie free providing that you use no or artifical sweetner, and warm liquids fill you up, at least long enough for you to fall asleep.

Best of luck.

you're not that fat anyway, but its good that you want to lose weight. try eating frozen grapes as a midnight snack (sounds gross, i know but it's really good) because they're filling, they're really good for you, and they taste really good. like little popsicles!
