redneck yooper proggies
fry some bacon crisp
make some potatoes au gratin
mix the two
put cooled mix into pockets of
rolled out can biscuits,
boil them
till they is floatin,in salty water,
drain on paper towel.
melt some butta in a pan
fry some onion till brown
add proggies to that and toss till warm
eat with sour cream and beer

It has been quite some time since I have made these, however, I believe the best way to cook these would be to boil them first to thaw, then saute (fry) them in a skillet with some butter until golden. I also threw in some onions and sauted them with the perogies, salt and pepper to taste. I dipped mine in sour cream, some use ketchup. Good luck!

I personally prefer pan fried perogies. Just a little bit of margarin in the pan and brown both sides enough to heat through.
Although if you are serving the perogies with a sauce of some kind, I'd recommend boiling them.
