Day 1: Ab workout
1. bicycle
2. crunch
3. leg lifts
Day 2: Arm and Leg
1. arm curls for biceps
2. arm curls for triceps
3. 1 arm weight lifting above head
4. pushups
5. lunges
i then repeat each day. also everyday i play about 30-45 minutes of intense dance dance revolution before i do anything else for some cardiovascular. is there anything else i should add to make this better?
