Proactive

Specify what kind of acne you have, is it just a little, or red and infected or what?
(go to: acne.org/types-of-acne.html to find out)

Also, don't use Proactive until you know what it does or have asked people that use it if it works.
What works for me (I have mild acne) is just regularly washing my face, a little bit of moisturizer, and my secret weapon.. Prescription Benzaclin.

Oh, and you don't have to change what you eat to get rid of your pimples.. It's all hormonal.
