Here is my top 5.

5. Bristol at any time.
4. Darlington
3. Michigan Speedway-Great 2 mile track
2. Daytona and Talladega-though someone might get killed in the big one come October.
1. Las Vegas-Because Tony Stewart hates this track, but it has been improved with higher banking and so on.

i am a short track fan can't really choose between martinsville or bristol but being from sc i really do love darlington. and by the way, if you were ever lucky enough to attend a cup race at the rock (rockingham nc for you newcomers) by design, it was the BEST venue to see a race in person. the infield was built in below the pits and track so you could see the entire racetrack from any seat in the house. the only complaint was it was always damned cold up there in february!!!

Darlington-went to my first race there(Busch race this year), and loved it. Seeing all the cars with the Darlington stripe was cool, oh yeah as an added bonus got to watch Nextel happy hour also. Seeing Johnson spin during happy hour was really cool, it was a nice job keeping off the wall. Of course my wife couldn't figure out why I wanted her to take a picture of the wall in turn 4 though.

I Like Bristol but I have tickets every year to Charlotte and they are right on the start finish line, 6 rows back and on the isle, so I have to say there.
