what is the best and quickest way to build chest muscles? Thank You

Push ups
Chest flys
Bench Press/Incline Press/Decline Press
Upright rows

One killer exercise goes as follows:

Do as many pushups as possible. Take it slow and keep good form. You might consider doing knuckle pushups or using push up stands.

Once done, without resting, go straight into chest flys and do as many as possible. Use a lighter weight than you would normally use because your chest will be sore from the pushups. Again, do as many as you can keeping good form. When your form starts going south, you're done.

Without resting, move straight into a bench press using the same weights you used for the flys. Again, your chest will be burning at this point so don't overdo the weights. Like before do as many as you can.

Now you rest for 3-5 minutes. Hydrate, do whatever you need to do. Once you've rested do the entire routine again and do it 5-8 times.

I normally add a bent over row and an upright row to this to do some more exercises in the process.

Basic compound movements are best for adding mass.

Bench
Inc Bench
Dec Bench
Inc/Flat Flies or Cable crossovers
Pullovers
Close grip bench (inner chest and more on triceps)

Good form is a must and slow controlled reps are best

Can be done with bar or dum's
i prefer bar it allows for a greater load on the muscle

Isolate your chest muscles by doing flyes first then follow up with movement like a bench press which works your deltoids and triceps as well as your pecs.

Suitable diet with one or more of the following exercises performed a few times per week:

Pushups
Bench Press
Dips
Flyes.

Bench press. If you use dumbbells it will help alot of other muscles as well.
