go to your local secretary of state office and apply for a lost title.bring the Vin number and any other info about the truck with you it cost about 15-25 dollars for it.good luck.

Bring the VIN # to DMV and as long as it hasn't been reported as stolen, I'm sure they can get you set up with a title.
