don't do it in 2 weeks. this makes your body majorly stressed and can waste a lot of your muscle mass.
to get rid of 2,500 cal a day you need to
run at 4 miles an hour for 5 hours or 20 miles a day for 2 weeks.
also you are eating so if you eat 2,000 cal a day you have to run an extra 16 miles a day to use up that energy.
so you need to run 36 miles (give or take 10 miles) a day to lose 10 pounds. Also you will be fooled by actual weight loss because you will be dehydrated and will noticed decrease weight from water loss, not fat. (60% of your weight is water)
that much exercise is not a good idea and that much weight loss is also a bad idea. You of course know that people can die from too much dieting and exercise.

Video games helped me lose weight. I can keep my balance on the Gazelle (which some might find difficult to do). As such, I plugged an Xbox 360 into the TV and started to play it while I was working out. Immediately, I found that I was sweating more than I was when I was only watching TV passively! The reason boils down to a single word: adrenalin. Now, the only way I’m able to work up a sweat is when I play a fast-paced game on the game console. Yes, even game genre is important; avoid any diversions that require long pauses between tasks. Racing games (like Burnout) have worked very well for me. The more mindless the game, the better your burn, the faster the exercise session will go.

Yeah, i remember when I was like that, now i weigh 106.
Okay, first, you have to cut off all sweets.
-No more candy bars, ice cream, anything with high amounts of sugar per serving.
-No Sodas or dairy drinks. Not even diet, since they have been proven to make people gain weight. No milkshakes, smoothies.
-No more fast food restaurants or restaurant foods. If going out for a meal, just go to Subway, get a sub, and go with your family to where they desire to munch while you eat your sub. (did you know a Chilis [restaurant] salad has over 1,200 calories??
- Make sure to consume 1,500 or 1,200 calories. Don't go under. Starving yourself or perging will only result in weight gain.
- Foods you eat, they don't have to be expensive. Cambells Healthy Request Soups are cheap. Can's of Veggies are cheap, (small ones). Popsicles can be sugar free and cheap, with only 10 calories each. Water isn't expensive. Healthy requested chips like lays with 19 chips and 70 calories a serving aren't expensive. Just look for foods with low calories per serving, they don't have to be branded.
- You could either eat every 3 hours, or eat every hour. By every hour, you could cosume 100 calories, and it wont go over your calorie intake limit.
-Exercise, walk around in your neighborhood, run, do 100 crunches an hour, dance for 30 minutes, do anything that'll keep you moving for atleast 25-30 minutes a day.
Loosing weight doesn't have to be expensive. If you need any help, please e-mail me!

I hate to give the bad news but you can't lose 10 pounds in two weeks, that would require you to burn 2500 calories a day. Why don't you just aim to drop about 4 pounds and hope to lose the rest at camp, which should be a lot easier since the food is usually lousy and you can get lots of exercise there :)

I don't think you should try to loose that much weight in that small amount of time. You could work out like crazy and eat less junk. That might tone ya up a bit. But DON'T stop eating. Starving your self is not the answer.
Just be a kid and have fun at camp.

A simple change in life style will accomplish what you want. Focus on fruits, veggies, and whole grains in your diet with a little meat and low fat dairy. DON'T starve yourself because you will slow down your metabolism. Exercise every day, even if you just walk for 40 minutes. If you can, do some toning and stretching exercises after your walk (or your bike ride, or your swim). You will be amazed how fast you can trim down and be happy with your body!

Please do not try to lose weight. There are so many of you young kids out there that are dieting and putting too much pressure on yourselves to fit in. It's not healthy.
Just eat a balanced diet, lay off the junk food, and exercise. Or maybe try a different style of bathing suit.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!
Get started today!
