Hi,
Today I noticed the end toe on my rabbit's foot was sticking out a little more than I think is normal. It felt kind of loose, if that is even the right way to describe it. Upon further observation the toe seems a little inflamed. However, I was touching a lot, and my rabbit did not once seem to be in any pain at all.
Should I wait it out for a little while to see if it gets better, or take some action by going to a vet?

It could be broken or infected. That toe may even be dead if it has broken.
The rabbit may be perfectly fine, but it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to take it to the vet to get it checked out. Most vets will charge you little or sometimes even nothing if nothing is wrong with it.

The best thing to do is to call the vet and explain what is wrong with your rabbit. They will be able to give you the correct answer. They may tell you what you can do at home and then if that doesn't help to then bring in the rabbit. I have called the vet twice about my cat and twice they have given me home remedies to try first.

It could be broken or infected. Better to go get pain meds or antibiotics if needed.

No i would recommend take him/her to the vets ASAP!!!!!!!!
They hide pain because in the wild if they show pain predators will go after them most likly. and that is when domminence fights would start when one is weaker.
