Well it seems your friend doesn't speak spanish because she has made a literal translation. But what she means is:
Hi Mrs Morgan,
I miss you a lot. I am concerned because I didn't receive your phone call. We will meet again some day and then we'll be very happy.

It is weird spanish.
pierdo is loose, but wants to say miss, "extraño".
soy trastornado should say "estoy,"
"bebida" maybe just wanted to say something else, I have no idea what.
"asombrando" should say "asombrados" maybe.
I think what this person tried to say in a very babel fish sort of way was:
Hi, Mrs. Morgan. I miss you a lot. I´m disraught because you did not call me on the telephone. Some day we will meet again and we will be amazed.

it's wrong in spanish and it meant in english:
