It would depend on the rules for your state or area, but generally no. In most if you fail you have to wait a certain amount of time before attempting it again, and your attempt and failure would be in the system.

The cities may issue the license, but it comes from the state you live in. So if you fail a state test, the next town would have a record of it. You have to make reservations to take the test, at least in my town you do. So normally, you wouldn't be able to take the test without a reservation, and they won't give you one the same day you ask for it. Towns may vary, smaller towns, you may have a chance, but it's not worth it. You wouldn't want the state to revoke your license because of fraud, would you? Just study and take it again when you can.

No, the state's computer system is connected statewide, all DMV offices would only need enter your name, and your "record" would come up.

nope because they will look it up in the computer and it has everything registered. so u will have to wait 3 days to retake it
