My left side of the face is very numb. I've nad route chanel procedure that was started. Nerv was taken out and 1.5 years later I never finished it. I have been very nervious lately and after a long game of poker my face is feels numb. It's not swallen at all and as a kid I've had problems with nerves and that happened for a week and went away, i would always shake my head weirdly and with age that was gone. This happened to me like 2 years ago and then was gone after a week. I am pretty nervious.

Also hald of my left side of my head at the back doesnt' feel right when i touch it and it's not comfortable to sleep at night and hald of my left lips isn't moving when i talk.

You should see your doctor and rule out the possibility of a brain tumor. It sounds a lot like my wife has. Just one half of her mouth is involved and her eye feels cold, her face is numb and her head on one side only. It is her facial nerve which has the tumor grown around it. It was found with a MRI originally. She recently had stereotactic surgery to hopefully stop the tumor from growing.

I've had this condition a few times too and became nervous as I thought it was a stroke.Found out that there are many causes-exhaustion,bad posture,stiff shoulders.I advise you to get it checked as soon as possible.

You could have Bell's Palsy. It is a condition where a virus paralyzes a facial nerve. It is temporary. You should see your primary care doctor.
