I highly doubt it. You need water to survive. Well you can probably go for a few days only on bran muffins but you wont feel well at all during that time because 1) You are not getting water.
2) There are many necessary nutrients that cannot be found in bran muffins.

I sincerely hope not.....
although scripturally, a fast of bran muffins only would theoretically work with complete trust.

not for very long, until they commit suicide. but pysically no. they could survive for about couple years, then die of lack of minerals like protein
