Yes.
The interpretation of that passage is that God is no respecter of a person's place in society.
Everyone has the same choice to make, Heaven or Hell. God's way or the Highway to Hell.
No one gets a free pass, no one gets shut down because they were born on the wrong side of the tracks.

Matthew 21:21 Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, `Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done." i read that verse and the first thing i though after that is, so i do doubt Jesus a little. cuz if all Christians trusted God with all our heart, we could practically make mountains move (and do the impossible). but since its in our human nature to doubt everything the first time, i realized i trust God about 99% but i believe in Him 100%. and im trying hard to get that 1% but i now it can only be done when im in heaven. i think God knows this and i think He's ok with it. He told us that there will be somethings too great for our minds to understand until we get to heaven, but we just have to trust Him, and i do.

Yes. That's why spending inordinate amounts of time criticizing others is useless. All people are equally sinners in the eyes of God. No one person is better than another.

3 instances where it says the WHOLE world! Read it in the Bible it is there for those that want to search for wisdom and truth.

1 John 2
http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1%20John%202%20;&version=51;
1 My dear children, I am writing this to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate who pleads our case before the Father. He is Jesus Christ, the one who is truly righteous.
2 He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins—and not only our sins but the sins of all the world.
God's love is the issue not his "respect". We are all sinners that have fallen short and have no way of paying for the sins we commit.
John 3 :16 to 19
16 “For God loved the World so much that he gave his one and only Son, so that EVERYONE WHO BELIEVES IN HIM will not perish but have eternal life.
17 God sent his Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through him.
18 “There is no judgment against ANYONE WHO BELIEVES IN HIM. But ANYONE WHO DOES NOT BELIEVE IN HIM has already been judged for not believing in God’s one and only Son.
"Truth is absolute and knowable and must be searched for diligently, but many will try to hide it, deny it or muddy it." - annon

That is correct. God loves everyone. He is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to him.
