That is like asking if God created people, why would people sin. The answer is simply that while on this earth we are subjected to the good & the bad. We have to make a choice as to everything we do. Some choices will be hard, some will be easy. God created everything including marriages. And he created man. Because of man's choices, he developed hatred, lust, greed, jealousy & all that inside of him. So it is obvious that these obsessions will influence man's behaviour towards life, including marriage.

No, Satan gives single people sexual urges. But once they get married, God takes over.
