Chicken? Chicken breasts are healthy and versitile.... and tasty. They can be seasoned with like, a ton of different things and served with almost anything too. Like boil-in-bag rice, which is easy.
Unless you are a vegetarian... then maybe broccoli and cheese soup? There are some good recipes for that on allrecipes.com... (and for chicken too, if you need some ideas)

Yes love try to eat more fish with salad on the side or chicken with salad it's simple and it taste marvelous darling; just try and stay away from fast processed foods.

add some shredded chicken to your mac and cheese for some extra flavor and to help fill you up better :)

peanut butter and jelly... great meal.... but next time ure gettin food.... get nutella... that would solve this prob.... just put nutella on some bread and its delish!!!
