Im am !4 years old and I jog 5 miles every morning and 5 miles every evening so I guess your safe cause I've been doing this since I was 12 and I havn't died or anything.

Yes sure is but how often do you do this and how much a part of your life is running? If your a big distance runner then you might want to run 10 miles more often but if your just doing it to stay in shape 5 miles a day is plenty.

seriously if ur on a track team that good but if ur not then dont kill ur instead of doing 10 miles a day do 6 or 7 miles each at 6:30 or 7 min mile pace

Hey! Thank you so much for leaving me a comment on my question. I am still trying to decide what to do...it's a really hard decision. Now, to answer your question, I think that sounds about right. As long as it doesnt hurt when you run it, you should be good.

sure sounds like you're doing great. Keep jogging and one day you can run a marathon.

i really dooo hope its ok cuz i'm 15 too and i also run. but i can only run 1 mile a day. tehhe and i think its gonna harm me or something but it doesnt i guess.

That's great.You can do 10 miles daily if you want. It wont hurt you.
