Get it checked...mine turned out to be a torn rotator cuff and needed surgery to fix.

**If your pain is too intense, almost unbearable, definately go see a doctor. A friend of mine's father had piercing pain starting from his shoulder reaching all the way from his arm to his hand. He was later diagnosed with arthritis.

**If your shoulders are just sore then:

-you can rub some Bengay or some type of pain relieving cream and take two pain killers before bed. Additionally, make sure you get a full night's sleep.

-Another option is to get a massage from a well-reputed place.

-Other things you can do are avoid lifting heavy things or putting any type of strain on your shoulders.

Make sure your not having a heart attack and then go get a MRI. I suffered with shoulder pain for eight months. When t a specialist and got a shot of cortisone pain gone in 10 minutes and never came back.

Where is your pain exactly, left,right, front or back? What brings it on? Is it constant? You should probably go to your MD or a convienent care clinic to have it checked out.

get to a doctor and get it xrayed or catscanned, u could have damaged muscles
