You need psychiatric help. You are not able to control yourself and keep doing the same things over and over again.

you can safely lose 2-3 lbs each week, so if you lose around 10 lbs a month that would be 90 lbs by next May. However, make sure you get your protein too. Eating salads cannot be good for you in the long run. You need protein and complex carbs, especially since you are working out so much. As for the 6-pack, well, that depends on how flat your stomach is currently. Do varied ab exercises to keep it challenging, otherwise your stomach "adapts" to the exercise. And of course, you need cardio and protein too. Good-luck!

Well, seems to me your having trouble with cravings for some emotional reason. Bottom line, stay away from Saturated fats, Trans fats, cholesterol and sodium. You can have them, but in moderation. Try eating things really rich in fiber because that fills you up better because it really is never excreted.

If you find yourself having cravings, even after you just ate not too long ago, try going out for a walk or stretching out. Do something stress-free because stress can really be a factor in cravings.

I also suggest you do cardiovascular workouts(like running) about four days a week for about 35-50 minutes per day. This will help you shred up the fat. Eat some pasta or something high in carbs an hour before your run to give you the energy.

Good luck and I hope this helps you.

dont look at a diet as something to "go on" - its a way of life. to get permanent results you have to make permanent changes.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You might want to get the bad stuff out of the house so you won't be tempted to eat it. I can sympathize: I have a weakness for chocolate.

Drink lots of water, and have lots of little meals instead of a few big ones. That way hunger won't build up and give you an urge to binge and stuff.

And one more hint: Get the word 'diet' out of your vocabulary: That makes it sound like you're depriving yourself of something. Instead, remind yourself that you are making a change in your lifestyle.

Good luck!

To lose 1lb a week you need a negative calorie balance of 500 calories per day. To lose weight at 2lb a week you need to reduce your calorie intake by 1000 calories a day

Dieting isn't the answer. Instead you need to make a lifestyle change and take it one step at a time. Start with getting rid of all the junk food in your house, and replacing it with fruits, veggies and other healthy snacks. So now if you binge at least it is on apples, pears, etc.

No one can "say" anything thats going to magically make you lose weight...you have to make an effort. Sounds like you know what you need to do. Good luck.
