It would be good....running is great for the body and heart. It helps you maintain a healthy weight (or get in shape) It keeps your heart healthy and does so many other great things.
Keep in mind you should not run 7 days a week. Try 5-6 because you need to be able to have time to relax. Always drink water before, after, and during exercise so you don't become dehydrated. Also you should stretch before and after running to prevent serious injury. Have fun : )

yes it can be very beneficial if you have good shoes and are not hurting any of your joints in the proses. As stupid as this sounds learning the proper technique to running will make it more beneficial and easier on your body. If you don't stretch and run correctly you can pull a mussel or hurt a joint (more likely to happen in your joints)and might not ever be able to run again. So yes running 2 miles a day is good for you. Running every other day is better because u get the same benefits but you give your body time to heal and are a lot less likely to get injured.

its really good to run. Its very healthy for the body and about 2 miles is a good thing. Cross country in my highschool do one mile for a warm up and then jog a couple more 5 days a week. Maybe take a break like once or twice a week to just relax, but if you comfortable w/ it then go for it!

Good. I used to run 2 miles a day just for the fun of it because i had to go with my mom to the track(highschool running track) beause i would otherwise be bored. That was from last June until school started and we couldn't go anymore because the kids took it over. And I'm 12, and I'm sure you're older than me, so if it was good for me, a 12 year old, then it's good for you. It couldn't be bad for you, it can only burn fat..

That sounds like a myth to me, there are tons of people out there that run everyday. However i would recommend only running like 5 times a week so you can get some breaks in. You could be working your legs a little too much but not being able to run again sounds a little absurd.

There was a man that started the jogging thing in the 70s-80s, he died running, so I guess it is good.His name was Jim Fixx. He wrote a book and did alot of neato stuff.
I like to ride bikes, less impact on the feet and I can go a good ways on a bike.

i just started running/jogging about 6 mos ago (lol), I do 2 miles everyday and I love how it makes me feel. Seriously it does depend on what your trying to accomplish(fitness, cardio etc)Personally I do it for the endorphines

Plan active dates with all your hubby, such as bowling or maybe golfing, instead of dinner along with a movie.
