X-rays can detect broken bones or other conditions of the bone, but they don't always show things like tendonitis, pinched nerves, or other things that don't show up on X-rays. Maybe you're just doing too much running and jumping, and putting stress on the joints. Try glucosamine and chondroitin, which are supposed to be good for the joints. These are not drugs, but supplements that can be found in the vitamin section of the grocery or pharmacy stores. They might help, but they won't produce any side-effects. You might give that a try, along with easing up on the jumping and running. Good luck!

"With computers being used in all walks of life, we are likely to have tendinitis in our fingers and wrists, others can have lateral epicondylitis or tennis elbow if their work involves any sort of lifting.

The good news is today there are supplements and therapies to treat the pain. Before you begin any treatment for your joint pain, better consult a doctor to decide the nature of joint pain you have and find out the various healing options.

If you are over weight, this might be your problem. Your body
might be too heavy for your ankles.
