I believe that this is a myth. However, even if it were true, would you really want to do this? I would recommed brushing your teeth maybe more than usual, use Crest Prohealth Toothpaste, and use Crest Whitening Strips. I did all of these, and, in very little time, my teeth shone brighter than ever before!

My grandma told me that garling urine can also help sore throat! Yes it can make your teeth white! Make sure u get check by the doctor first before doing it! Good luck

The chemicals needed to bleach teeth is peroxide, which has a reactive oxygen free radical.
There ain't no peroxides in urine.
If anything, the urine would probably leave a nasty yellow stain. :-D
