the person isnt any harm its just someone who isnt who they say they are but i want them to be punished, i got really upset and they ****** up alot of things that year

Vengeance is an ugly thing. Assuming the person didn't do anything illegal, you should really just move on and forget about him/her. Take it as a learning experience.

How did you date them? After the first real date you should have known. You could have done some leg work yourself lazy.This is just as much your fault as theirs. Im not saying it is ok to lie, and they should be punished if they did that. Yet, YOU have a PERSONAL responsibility to KNOW who and what you are getting emotionally invested with hon.

Well if they were using a certain date thing on the internet and there was an administrator then contact the administrator and tell them everything and then they will do something about the phony date.
