on getting a divorce from my parents while in foster care?

i am in foster care now and i am about to turn 16 n a few months, i was wondering how to get a divorce from them or if i am allowed to, i have an attorney already that is just mine not my parents. what do i need to know about getting a divorce from them?

you could file to become an emancipated minor but you must be able to take care of yourself or have someone else like a grandparent or aunt who is willing to take care of you without asking your parents for any money for any of your care at all.ask your lawyer they can advise you.good luck.
