one kid down the block got 3 years in jail for playing ball in the street!!!

Some cities have banned playing in the street for safety reasons...but even if there is no law banning it you could be cited for disrupting traffic or creating a hazard.

im not sure but i have a basktball hoop and i play in the strret and no1 cares cops drive by and which me...its not enforced i can tell you that (if it is illegal
